Muffle furnace applications:
(1)Thermal processing, industrial work-piece processing, cement, building materials industry, thermal processing or processing of small work-pieces.

Muffle furnace precautions:
When the muffle furnace used or used again after stopping for a long time for the first time, must be oven drying: baking in 20 ~ 200 ℃ to open the oven door 2 to 3 h, 200 ~ 600 ℃ closed drying 2-3 h.
Before the experiment, the thermostat should avoid vibration and should not be placed too close to the electric furnace to prevent overheating of the electronic components from working normally.Turn off the power switch when moving the thermostat.

(1)The working environment shall be free from inflammable, explosive and corrosive gases, and it shall be forbidden to directly inject various liquids and molten metals into the furnace, and shall always keep the furnace clean.
(2)The temperature of the furnace shall not exceed the furnace temperature or work for a long time at the rated temperature.During the experiment, the user shall not leave, and shall pay attention to the change of temperature at any time. If any abnormal situation is found, the power shall be cut off immediately, and it shall be serviced by professional maintenance personnel.
(3)When using, the furnace door should be closed and opened gently to prevent damage to the machine parts.The crucible tongs should be handled lightly when taking samples to ensure safety and avoid damaging the furnace.
(4)Do not open the oven door after the temperature exceeds 600 degrees.Wait for the temperature in the furnace to cool naturally before opening the furnace door.
(5)After the completion of the experiment, the sample shall exit from heating and turn off the power supply. When the sample is placed in the furnace, the furnace door shall be opened slightly. After the sample is cooled slightly, the sample shall be carefully clamped in order to prevent burns.
(6)The heated crucible shall be transferred to the dryer for cooling and placed on the buffer refractory material to prevent moisture absorption and explosion, cracking and weighing.
(7)When carrying the muffle furnace, pay attention to avoid serious resonance and keep away from inflammable, explosive and water.It is strictly prohibited to lift the furnace door to avoid damage.
