This machine is equipped with four columns, two lead screws and one under cylinder. The testing system adopts a digital control with multiple channels, the stress and strain rate satisfies GB/T228.1-2010 and another tensile test standard of metal material.
The column lifted by the adjustment of the speed reducer, the chain transmission mechanism and the lead screw are driven to realize the stretching and compressing space driven by motor.

The hydraulic oil in the tank enters the oil path driven by high pressure pump through the motor, and enters the cylinder by flowing through the high pressure filter, the differential valve group and servo valve. The computer sends signal to servo valve which controls the direction and opening, so as to control the enter flow of oil, and realize the control to test speed, constant velocity displacement.

1.Overload protection: when the test force is over 3% of the max force, the oil pumpand motor stop automatically.
2.Limit protection: When the piston rises to the upper limit position, the oil pump and motor stop automatically. When the beam drops to the set position, the reducer stops automatically.
