Electronics Production Machine: Advantages of OTS Drying Oven

High temperature oven is mainly used in resarch institutions, professional colleges and universities to make samples in a dry, heating and vacuum environment.

There are THREE main kinds of drying oven for you to choose:
1.Precision High Temperature Oven

As the most common test chamber, precision oven can make the temperature up to 500℃.The Precision temperature controller provides accurate, stable conditions of constant temperature, in order to facilitate the test or dry conducted.The liquid expansion over-temperature power protection devices, to ensure the safety of the test article. According to different test conditions, the size and switch is optional with adjuatble air intake and exhaust ports. Timing device for LED Digital constant timing, providing complete use Conditional design.Moreover, the machine can be continuous running over 3 months.

2.Vaccum Drying Oven

Comparing with precision high temp oven, vaccum dring oven is equipped with a vaccum bar, and it can get a higher drying rate at lower temperature. It is suitable for the drying of heat sensitive material and the material containing the solvent and the solvent which needs to be recovered. It can be sterilized before drying, and no sundries can be mixed in the drying process. The dryer belongs to the static vacuum dryer, so the formation of dry material will not be damaged. The heating methods include steam, hot water, heat conducting oil and electric heating.

3.Muffle Furnace

Muffle furnace can set the temperature over 1000℃. It mainly uses in:
(1)Hot working like industrial workpiece processing, cement and building materials industry for thermal processing or processing of small workpieces;
(2)Pharmaceutical industry: drug testing, medical sample pretrearment.
Analytical chemistry industry: sample processing in the areas of water quality analysis and environmental analysis. It can also be used for oil and its analysis.
(3)Coal quality analysis: used for the determination of moisture, ash, volatile matter, ash melting point analysis, ash composition analysis and elemental analysis. It can also be used as a general-purpose ash furnace.
