(4)The temperature fluctuation-- is also called the temperature stability. After controlling the temperature stability, the difference between the maximum and the lowest temperature of any point in the working space can be obtained at any given interval of time. What needs special attention is that its "workspace" is not a "studio". It is a space for the studio to remove the 1/10 from each side of the chamber wall.
