How To Do If Salt Spray Chamber Can’t Do Heating

1.The salt spray test chamber is not heated

Reasons and solutions:
1. Heating solid state relay has no output and needs to be replaced.
2. Instrument has no output and needs to be replaced.
3. Heating Pipe Damage, Replace Heating Pipe
4. The lack of water results in heating shielding, checking whether the water level is normal and whether the float ball is acting incorrectly.
5. Overtemperature protection malfunction, adjust the protection temperature value, if still unable to solve the problem, please replace the overtemperature protector

2.Abnormal heating temperature of salt spray test chamber

Reasons and solutions:
1. The temperature of the temperature controller in the laboratory is too low , need to set the temperature controller at the required temperature.
2. The setting of laboratory safety protection switch is too low. Set the safety protection switch at the required temperature.
3. The temperature of the saturated bucket temperature controller is too low, need to set the temperature controller to the required temperature.
4. The setting of safety protection switch for saturated bucket is too low. Set the safety protection switch at the required temperature.
