Importance Of Evaporator In High And Low Temperature Test Chamber
Evaporator is a very important part of the four refrigerating parts in the high and low temperature test chamber. Its working principle is that the condensate "liquid" body at low temperature passes through the evaporator to conduct heat exchange with the outside air, and "gas" absorbs heat to achieve the refrigeration effect.
When the high and low temperature test box is refrigerated, the refrigerant flowing into the evaporator of the high and low temperature test box after the expansion valve is mostly liquid, but it also contains some gas with water content.
The refrigerant absorbs heat in the evaporator, and the liquid continuously evaporates into gas. Therefore, when the refrigerant flows through the coil, more and more gas evaporates.
As long as the liquid refrigeration has not evaporated, the refrigerant temperature in the evaporator will not rise.
However, when the latter drop of liquid turns into steam, the reabsorbed heat will increase the temperature of the gas, so if the temperature starts to rise at the outlet end of the coil, it indicates that there is no liquid in the evaporator.
It is important to accurately control the refrigerant flow through the evaporator.
The main functions of the evaporator can be summarized in three sentences: 1.Absorb heat 2. The refrigerant in the coil is vaporized by this heat to become steam;
3. This heat causes the refrigerant vapor in the coil to overheat.
