Insertion Force Test Machine
This machine can be used for various kinds of connector plugging, tension life, tensile force failure, pressure life and destruction, shrapnel forward force and so on. Through the analysis of industrial computer, the load, stroke and relative strain curve of the object to be measured can be accurately measured, and the stroke, speed, target number and tentative time of the plugging force of the connector can be determined.
1.Turn on the power switch of the computer power supply → the right side of the equipment → the ship type power switch waits for the computer to enter the operating system normally.
2.Double-click the desktop test software icon → pop up the load protection screen as shown below (the protection is greater than the product test load but not greater than the full range of the sensor) Click OK to enter the settings screen.

2.Go back to the bidirectional test: the device moves the beam up to the stroke or the load back to the original position, recording the compression tensile curve and the test value. for forward force, plugging force, general pressure and life test.
1.Lashing test: the device moves the beam down to pull the product to reach the stroke or load stop. Record drop-down curves and test values. for pulling pin, wire breaking failure test, general hold force test.
2.Constant pressure test: after the equipment is compressed up to the preset load, the load remains constant until the end of the time and returns to its original position, recording the compression curve and the test value.
3.Constant tension test: the equipment is stretched down to the preset load after the constant load is maintained until the end of the time to return to the original position, record the stretching curve and test value.
4.Pressure fracture test: the equipment moves the beam upward compression product to reach the stroke or load stop. Record compression curves and test values. for back PIN, plate compression failure test, general compression test.
5.Pull-off return: the device moves the beam down to pull the product to reach the trip or load the device back to its original position. Record drop-down curves and test values. for pulling pin, wire breaking failure test, general hold force test.
6.Step Load: The device moves the beam up to set the 1-stage load and then continues to compress to 2-section and so on. Record compression curve and test value for compression withstand voltage test.
7.Starting Force Pressure Test: The device moves the beam up to compress the product to reach the stroke or the load to return to the starting force position and continue the test at the starting force position next time. Record compression curves and test values. for pressure fatigue life test.
