Test Method:
At present, there are many kinds of fogging test standards for automotive interior materials at home and abroad. These standards involve three test methods: glossiness method, weight method and fogging method
See the following table for various standards and test methods involved:

Test method of atomizer
A.Gloss method: The gas evaporated by heating the sample in the fogging cup is condensed on the low-temperature glass plate. The fogging value of the sample can be obtained by comparing and calculating the glossiness value of the glass plate before and after condensation.
B.Fog method: the gas evaporated by heating the sample in the fogging cup is condensed on the low-temperature glass plate. The fogging value of the sample can be obtained by comparing and calculating the haze value of the glass plate before and after condensation. (purchased separately)
C.Gravimetric method: the gas evaporated by heating the sample in the fogging cup is condensed on the low-temperature aluminum foil. The weight of the sample atomization-condensate can be obtained by weighing the weight changes of the aluminum foil before and after condensation. (Balance to be purchased separately)
