
Introduction:
Battery Nail Penetrating Tester Using steel nail penetrating the battery, the tester is used to check safety capability of battery, and the battery is qualified without fire, and explosion. The nail penetrating test is processed under temperature of 20℃±5℃. The specimen battery has thermonuclear whose contact spot is located on the largest surface.Place the battery on the fuming cupboard, using stainless nail with diameter of 2-8mm to penetrate the centre position of largest side of battery at speed of 10mm/s-40mm/s and keep for 5s.
