Requirements of Temperature Humidity Test Chamber For Wet Ball Gauze
When the Temperature Humidity Test Chamber is doing humidity test, it is necessary to pay attention to the placement of wet ball gauze, otherwise it is very likely that the humidity display is 100%.
The humidity display of 100% in the temperature humidity test chamber is generally caused by the user's wrong placement of the wet ball gauze, or the gauze does not conform to the norms. The wet ball gauze used in the temperature humidity test chamber is not a substitute for any gauze, but has certain requirements:
1. The humidity reading of the test chamber is based on the difference between temperature and humidity, and strictly related to the local atmospheric pressure and wind speed at that time. The wet bulb temperature is related to the amount of water inhaled by the gauze and the evaporation of the surface, which are directly related to the quality of the gauze
2. Relevant regulations stipulate that the wet ball gauze must be a special "wet ball gauze" woven from linen, otherwise it is difficult to ensure the correctness of the wet ball thermometer value, that is, the correct humidity.
3. There are also clear regulations on the placement of wet ball gauze in the temperature humidity test chamber: the length of gauze is 100mm, the sensor probe is tightly wound, the probe is 25-30mm away from the humidity water cup, and the gauze penetrates the water cup. Only in this way can the correctness of humidity be guaranteed.
